- Take heavy based pan, heat 1 tsp ghee..add cashews & roasted them over low flame for 8mins. Untill they turn brown. stir continuously & prevent burning. Transfer it into bowl.
- In the same pan heat ghee add cumin seeds,cinnamon,green cardamoms, chopped onion,garlic, ginger & green chillies.
- Saute onion untill it becomes translucent. Turn off flame& let the mixture cool for while.
- While the mixture is cooling….. Make tomato puree ……& roasted cashews in mixer grinder. Make it smooth powder.
- Make smooth paste of sautéed onion,garlic,ginger & green chillies.
- Heat 1 tsp ghee, add onion paste.saute until oil starts to separated.
- Now add cashews paste & tomatoes puree.
- Put dry spices, salt,turmeric, red chillies & dried fenugreek leafs mix them well and saute it evenly. Saute 5-6 mins. until oil starts to separate.
- Add roasted cashews paste, mix well & cook for min.
- Then add 2 cups water & 1 cup milk.mix it well & covered it.
- Remove the lid,mix well & cook uncovered until gravy turns thick.
- Finally add some cashews & green coriander leafs for garnishing!!!
