Instructions to make Kaju-Gathiya Nu Shaak(Curry):
  1. In kadhai add heat oil and ghee. Add cashewnuts pieces and saute till crispy pink. Remove it in bowl.
  2. In same kadhai add ginger garlic paste and chopped onion pieces. Saute for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes pieces and saute on high flame till cook.
  3. Add green chillies paste, red chilli powder,dhania jeera powder,garam masala,salt, cashewnuts pieces and mix well. Cool and grind in mixer jar to smooth paste.
  4. In same kadhai add heat 2 tbsp ghee, pour prepared gravy mixture. Add little water and saute for 2 minutes. Add roasted cashewnuts pieces. Mix well.
  5. At the time of serving add bhavnagri gathiya. Mix well and serve.(Don't add gathiya before hand,it will soggy).
