  10. Take 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
  11. Get 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  12. Make ready 2 tsp Sugar
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp Salt
  14. Prepare 3 tsp Fresh Cream / Malai
Steps to make Restaurant Style Kaju Curry:
  1. In a cooking pan, add 1 tsp of Clarified Butter (Ghee) and allow it to melt.
  2. Then add 1 cup of Cashews (Kaju) and roast nicely for 2 to 3 Mins or until Cashews changes it's colour.
  3. Remove the roasted Cashews and keep aside.
  4. Then in a same pan, again take 2 tsp of Clarified Butter (Ghee) and allow it to melt.
  5. To that now add, ½ inch small sized Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini), 1 Bay Leaf cut into two parts, ½ tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), 1 tsp of Grated Garlic, ½ tsp of Grated Ginger, ¾ cup of Onion Paste and sauté for 2 Mins nicely.
  6. Furthermore, add 1 cup of Cashew Paste (Kaju) and cook for 2 Mins on medium flame or until paste leaves the pan.
  7. Then add 2 cups of Milk and stir continuously until gravy thickness.
  8. Then add ½ tsp of Garam Masala, 2 tsp of Sugar, ½ tsp of Salt, 3 tsp of fresh Cream (Malai) and mix well.
  9. Finally add roasted Cashews and mix well.
  10. Cover the lid and simmer on low flame for 2 Mins.
  11. Kaju Curry is now ready, garnish with pinch of Garam Masala and serve with Roti or Naan.
