  5. Add gata (coconut milk)
  6. Add betsin and pepper and 1/3 of Curry Mix Powder (McCormick)
  7. Let simmer until carrots and potatoes are cooked.
  8. Add the rest of Curry Mix.
  9. Add salt, pepper, and betsin to taste. Add a pinch of sugar.
  10. Add bell pepper and green sili.
  11. Let simmer for 10 mins.
