- Soak dry raw mango pieces in hot water for 10-15 mints so that they became soft & tender.
- In a kadai add the oil & temper it with the dry red chilli, mustard seeds & curry leaves.
- Then add the dry raw mango pieces soaked in water.Then add jaggery,salt, a pinch of turmeric powder.
- Add more warm water & give it a boil.The chutney is ready to serve.
- Serve this sweet & sour dry mango chutney with steam rice & with other items & enjoy.
