  2. Get Salt

  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Kalonji
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp rai
  8. Get 1 tbsp Methi dana
  9. Prepare 10 Curry pattas

  11. Take 8-10 round red chillies
  12. Prepare 1/4 cup vinegar
  13. Take 2 cup mustard oil or as required according to mangoes
Instructions to make Raw Mango pickle:
  1. Peel off the skin of mangoes. Cut into bite size.
  2. Mix salt, red chillies powder, crushed red chillies and turmeric into mango bites. Now store it into glass jar.
  3. Pour oil in a pan, add Curry pattas, round red chillies, Kalonji, Rai, mustard seeds. When mustard seeds changes it colors, add cumin seeds and close the stove.
  4. When oil becomes cold, pour it into mangoes. Mangoes should be fully covered with oil.
  5. Leave them for 3-4 days. At last store them into the fridge.
