  1. Heat oil in a kadai add methi dana, mustard seeds when they crackle add curry leaves, then garlic toss them, add hing stir fry, add red chilli powder and salt. Toss it and add the chopped mangoes. Cook for 5 to 7 mins on medium flame. Remove and cool it completely.
  2. Store in refrigerator. In case you want longer shelf life fill it with extra oil in a jar.
