Steps to make Bhindi Chicken:
  1. Bhindi ko achy se wash karein dry karein aur cutting kar lain. Pan mein oil dalein add bhindi,1/4 tsp salt and fry karein set aside.
  2. Remaining oil mein add karein onion slices and fry.
  3. In a blender add tomatoes pieces,1 green chilli, garlic cloves and ginger blend well.
  4. Jab onion golden brown ho jain add blended mixture and whole spices cook well.
  5. Now add 3 tbspn yogurt cook add leftover black pepper chicken and cook until oil separate.
  6. Now add fry bhindi mix well and cover with lid. Put on dam on low flame for 5 minutes.
  7. Flame off karein. Bowl mein nikal lain Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, green chilli and sprinkle garam masala powder serve hot with raita and tandoori roti. Enjoy πŸ˜‹
