  1. In a pan start by adding oil/ghee+ sarso, methi, soaf, hing, long and elaichi now roast it on low-medium flame.
  2. Add chopped Onion+ Onion puree, Garlic-Ginger Paste and mix it well, roast till it turns light pink.
  3. Then add Tomato puree+ Almond, mix well let it cook for 2 mints.
  4. Now add all masala and mix well.
  5. Add Pasta+ chick peas+ mango puree+ banana, mix them well and cover it for 5-7 mints on a medium flame and let it cook.
  6. As it's done, Garnish your Raw Mango Pasta curry with Mint Chutney + Tamarindimli chutney and Serve.
