- Get 1/4 tsp. Mustard seeds
- Get 1/8 tsp. Fenugreek seeds
- Make ready 1/8 tsp. Asafoetida
- Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Make ready 1 cardamom
- Make ready 2 cloves
- Take to taste salt
- Make ready few curry leaves
- Get for Raw Mango Salad:-
- Make ready 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Get 1/2 tsp. Sugar powder
- Take 2 tbsp Grated raw mango
- Make ready 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Get for Cucumber Raita–
- Make ready 1/2 cup curd
- Take 1/4 cup banana
- Take 1/4 cup grated cucumber
- Get to taste Salt
- Take 1/4 tsp. Roasted cumin powder
- Take 1/4 tsp. Red chilli powder
- Take For Roti:
- Prepare 1/2 cup wheat flour
- Get to taste Salt
- Make ready 1 tsp. Oil
- Get For Rice
- Make ready 1/4 cup rice
- Make ready to taste Salt
- Get 1/4 tsp ghee
- Take as required Watermelon to serve
Steps to make Vegetable Thali:
- For Subji:- Chopped onion tomato potato and cauliflower wash properly. in hot water. Now heat ghee and oil in a pan add bay leaf saute finely chopped onion ginger chilli garlic paste add chopped tomato potato saute add salt and turmeric powder. Now add mid. Chopped cauliflower. Saute add red chilli powder and cumin-coriander powder and 1/4 cup water mix well and give 2-3 whistles. Turn off flame and open immediately. Add garam masala and mint leaves. Cook 4-5 mins on slow flame. Subji is ready.
- For kadhi:- Mix besan in curd in a pan add salt sugar ginger chilli paste and 1cup water beat well. Cook and bring it to boil. Make tadka :-Heat ghee add cinnamon stick cardamom cloves fenugreek seeds mustard seeds cumin seeds add asafoetida curry leaves and pour in a curd mixture. Cook for 2-3 mins kadhi is ready.
- For Raita:- Grate cucumber add in a curd chopped banana salt red chilli powder cumin powder mustard powder. Mix well. Raita ready
- For Raw Mango salad :-Grate mango add lemon juice Kashmiri red chilli powder salt sugar powder mix well.
- For roti mix all ing. And knead a soft dough rest it for 10min. Make a mid.size ball Roll and roast on tawa. Apply ghee Roti is ready.
- For rice wash and soak rice 5-10min. And boil add salt lemon juice. And ghee stir and cook. 10-15min.Rice is ready.
- Now take Thali and serve subji roti raita rice kadi salad and watermelon. Yummy Tasty Vegetables. Thali is ready to serve.
