  22. Get 1/8 tsp. Fenugreek seeds
  23. Make ready 1/8 tsp. Asafoetida
  24. Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  25. Make ready 1 cardamom
  26. Make ready 2 cloves
  27. Take to taste salt
  28. Make ready few curry leaves
  29. Get for Raw Mango Salad:-
  30. Make ready 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  31. Get 1/2 tsp. Sugar powder
  32. Take 2 tbsp Grated raw mango
  33. Make ready 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  34. Prepare to taste Salt
  35. Get for Cucumber Raita–
  36. Make ready 1/2 cup curd
  37. Take 1/4 cup banana
  38. Take 1/4 cup grated cucumber
  39. Get to taste Salt
  40. Take 1/4 tsp. Roasted cumin powder
  41. Take 1/4 tsp. Red chilli powder
  42. Take For Roti:
  43. Prepare 1/2 cup wheat flour
  44. Get to taste Salt
  45. Make ready 1 tsp. Oil
  46. Get For Rice
  47. Make ready 1/4 cup rice
  48. Make ready to taste Salt
  49. Get 1/4 tsp ghee
  50. Take as required Watermelon to serve
Steps to make Vegetable Thali:
  1. For Subji:- Chopped onion tomato potato and cauliflower wash properly. in hot water. Now heat ghee and oil in a pan add bay leaf saute finely chopped onion ginger chilli garlic paste add chopped tomato potato saute add salt and turmeric powder. Now add mid. Chopped cauliflower. Saute add red chilli powder and cumin-coriander powder and 1/4 cup water mix well and give 2-3 whistles. Turn off flame and open immediately. Add garam masala and mint leaves. Cook 4-5 mins on slow flame. Subji is ready.
  2. For kadhi:- Mix besan in curd in a pan add salt sugar ginger chilli paste and 1cup water beat well. Cook and bring it to boil. Make tadka :-Heat ghee add cinnamon stick cardamom cloves fenugreek seeds mustard seeds cumin seeds add asafoetida curry leaves and pour in a curd mixture. Cook for 2-3 mins kadhi is ready.
  3. For Raita:- Grate cucumber add in a curd chopped banana salt red chilli powder cumin powder mustard powder. Mix well. Raita ready
  4. For Raw Mango salad :-Grate mango add lemon juice Kashmiri red chilli powder salt sugar powder mix well.
  5. For roti mix all ing. And knead a soft dough rest it for 10min. Make a mid.size ball Roll and roast on tawa. Apply ghee Roti is ready.
  6. For rice wash and soak rice 5-10min. And boil add salt lemon juice. And ghee stir and cook. 10-15min.Rice is ready.
  7. Now take Thali and serve subji roti raita rice kadi salad and watermelon. Yummy Tasty Vegetables. Thali is ready to serve.
