Steps to make Konkan Raw Mango Curry:
- Collect all ingredients.Grate coconut.Peel and cube raw mango.
- Heat oil in a kadhai add jeera, mustard seeds,elaichi,cinnamon and cloves.
- Add curry leaves and chopped onion.
- Saute it till brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste,chilli pdr and turmeric pdr.
- Add cubed mango.Cook it for 5 min in 1 cup of water.It cooks very fast.Keep the mango cubes little crunchy.
- Now add coconut paste.
- Stir well.Add jaggery and salt.
- Sweet and sour curry is ready.
- Pour in a dish. Garnish with coriander(optional) and serve.
