Steps to make Dahi Pomfret:
  1. Marinate the pomfret fish with salt and termaric and kept in for 30 minutes
  2. Fry the pomfret fish
  3. Take a karahi, add oil. Heat it and then add bayleaf. Add onion and fry it until golden colour. Make a paste with green chili
  4. Take a karahi, add oil. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry it. Add onion paste, turmeric, salt and fish curry masala into it. Stir it. Add dahi and cook until oil removes from the mixture. Add water. After boiling the mixture add fried fish and cook it properly. Add garam masala at the end and serve it with rice
