- In a pan, pour 2 table spoon of oil, once the oil heats add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, add chenna Dal, red chilli, green chilli, curry leaves, cashew nuts, salute for 2 minutes in low flame, once the peanuts change into brown colour, add tamarind paste and also add 2 table spoon of lemon juice, add salt, keep in low flame and salute for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Once the paste ready add the cooked rice into it.
- Take the rice into a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
