Steps to make Peanut curry:
  1. Soak tamarind in some water. Dry roast peanuts on medium flame

  3. In a blending jar put roasted peanuts, roasted onion masala, Coconut, tamarind pulp, salt and make smooth puree and add water to adjust its consistancy.
  4. In a pan heat up oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them spluter. Now add garlic cloves, curry leaves, red chillies and pour this tempering on curry.
  5. Delicious peanut curry is ready.. serve with plain steamed rice.
