  2. Get 1 onion finely chopped

  6. Make ready 1/4 cup peanuts
  7. Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Steps to make Tamarind Poha:
  1. Wash the poha and keep aside
  2. Then heat a Kadhai put oil,when hot add mustard seeds and after it splutters add the peanuts.Fry for a few minutes. Then add chopped onion,green chillies & curry leaves.Saute for a few minutes
  3. Then add turmeric powder,salt & tamarind rice powder. Put the washed poha and mix well. When the poha gets coated well, turn off the gas.
  4. Serve hot with tea or coffee
