  6. Fry for 30seconds,add curry,thyme and pour in the tomatoes paste and fry.
  7. Fry for 8minutes,pour in the chicken stock and boil then add salt,knorr seasoning and boil for 4 minutes.the tomatoes sauce is ready.

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Remove chicken and drain off excess grease. Place the chicken back on and cover in chopped tomatoes. Add chicken stock and more cajun spice (to taste). If you pre cook the rice, you won't need as much chicken stock.
