Instructions to make Allu Methi:
- Add oil in a pan then add cumin, g. g paste stir if for 2 min then add curry leaves and chopped tomatoes and let them mashed…
- Then add potatoes and broil for 5 min then add all spices mention above, salt and sour salt and cover and let it tenderize
- When potatoes tenderize then add Methi leaves and chopped green chillies.. Garnish Corriender and serve
