  1. Cut, wash the chicken properly, put in a pot, add some salt and seasoning cubes, add chopped onions, add blended ginger and garlic, add curry powder and thyme. Mix together with a wooden spoon.   4. Pour in the chicken stock, add the boiled chicken and stir for one last time. Cover the pot and allow stew to cook for about 5mins.
