- Get Onions chopped and fried
- Take Fried potatoes - chop, add food color then fry
- Take Tomatoes, Dania, Hoho blended together
- Take Garlic and Ginger Paste
- Make ready Tomato paste
- Prepare Pilau spices
Combine the two in a large fry-pan, wok or saucepan and cover till all. Biryani is an art.you just need to practice once or twice. Far too much rice and although the flavour is nice it needs more. The next time I will make only half of the rice and double the garam masala.

- Fry onions - Add ginger and garlic paste - Add spices
- Pour in the beef marinade - Add salt to taste - Simmer until meat is tender
- Add in the tomato, dania and hoho and tomato paste - Add in the potatoes - Let it simmer until thick
- Lastly add the onions and stir
- Serve with rice 😋😋
Far too much rice and although the flavour is nice it needs more. The next time I will make only half of the rice and double the garam masala. Otherwise it was a hit with the family.. Make sure your pan is heavy-bottomed or the rice will burn. Or you can place a flat tawa or frying pan then keep the pan with Biryani on that.
