Some English speaking folks will already this as just "Gypsy sauce", since it does sometimes gets translated literally.

Instructions to make Gypsy Gravy:
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Sweat the garlic justi until you smell it! DON'T BURN It!
  2. Cut your peppers into strips and your onions into wedges.
  3. Add all your veggies to pan and cook until tender.
  4. Add the wine, beef stock paprika, chili paste and tomato paste. Stir and simmer until gravy thickens and flavors combine. A little more tomato paste may be added if needed to thicken
