- Prepare 1 tsp fish sauce
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- Take 1/4 tsp white pepper powder or to taste
- Prepare 200 ml chicken stock
- Make ready 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water
Top the bowl with green onions, fried shallots, egg and crunchy pieces. Pour some chicken stock in a smaller bowl with some spring onion as garnish. - Cut baby bok choy. Put them into boiling water for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Set aside.

- Add straw mushrooms, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, pepper, and chicken stock. - Bring it to boil.

- How to serve: - In a small bowl, add 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 fish sauce, and a dash of white pepper powder.
