  1. Fill a pot with water, a little over halfway through, add a little oil and the stock cubes. Bring to a boil.
  2. Place the ground beef, the rice, the salt and pepper, the grated onion and the dill (if you use any) in a bowl. Knead all the ingredients together and form small balls like largish meatballs.
  3. When the water has boiled well add the rice meatballs and three minutes later turn the heat down to half. Boil for about half an hour, until the soup is left with the stock.
  4. Then remove a cup of stock from the pot, add the flour and lemon in it and stir well so that the flour is mixed thoroughly.
  5. Pour the lemon mixture back into the pot, stir and allow it to boil for a couple of minutes. Then, remove from heat.
