  1. Prepare Bell Peppers
  2. Take Onion
  3. Take 2 box White Rice
  4. Prepare 2 lb Ground Beef
  5. Prepare Salt

  8. Take Garlic Powder

  10. Take Tomato Paste

In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Remove from the heat; add the meat loaf, rice, salsa, cilantro and cumin. Sprinkle inside of peppers with salt and pepper. Place cut side up in a pyrex or other oven-proof casserole.

Instructions to make Stuffed Bell Pepper:
  1. Chop stem and top of bell pepper separately
  2. Remove seeds from the bell peppers
  3. Boil pot of water then add bell peppers. Once bell peppers added turn off stove and place lid on top of pot.
  4. Cook ground beef, chopped onions, tops of the bell pepper in a pan on medium heat. Mix well.
  5. Cook rice in separate pan. Do not add salt.
  6. Add salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce as needed to taste (if you don't have worcestershire sauce garlic powder or season salt will do great as well) to ground beef. Mix well.
  7. Once rice is done add cooked rice to ground beef pan. Pour tomato paste and mix.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F Fahrenheit.
  9. Apply a thin layer of ground beef and rice mixture to bottom of a baking pan.
  10. Take the bell peppers out of the pot and cut in half long ways, vertically. Careful hot.
  11. Lay bell pepper on top of mixture in the baking pan. Then stuff with the rest of the ground beef and rice mixture.
  12. Put in the oven to bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  13. ENJOY!

Sprinkle inside of peppers with salt and pepper. Place cut side up in a pyrex or other oven-proof casserole. Gently stuff the peppers with the ground beef rice mixture. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed peppers, along the outside of the peppers, and into the pan. Rub the oil over the outside of the peppers; it will help with.
