- Heat oil and add brown onion and all the spices of gravy fry masala well and add kofta stir it lightly and cook it for 10 minutes.
- Now add the boiled rice, lastly spingle with yellow colour, milk and lemon 🍋 juice and cover it fir 10 minutes for dam with the lid on low flame.
- After 10 minutes moti polao is ready to serve with mint chutney, enjoy it.
