  1. Wash the mince and ensure it is dry then in a food processor add all the ingredients and ensure they are grind well. Place this in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. After an hour make small meat balls and thread meatballs and all capsicum, onion, tomatoes or any of your favourite veg to the skewers. - - Preheat a barbecue or griddle pan until very hot.
  3. Lightly grease the veg and meatballs with oil/ ghee / butter using a brush and Barbecue the skewers for 12-15 mins, turning often, until the meat is cooked through and the veg is tender and lightly charred.
  4. Serve the meatballs & veg skewers with lemon wedges to squeeze over and some oil to drizzle or dip, if you like and enjoy chilli sauce /ketchup / raita.
