- Take 2 tbsp lemon ๐ juice

Instructions to make Moti polao(traditional)Eid special:
- First of all take chopper machine, add mince with all the spices chopperized like a smooth paste, set a side and make a small moti (kofta) balls keep these balls in fridge.
- Now boil water in a pan add koftay and boil for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes strain the water keep a side
- Then left the stock of kofta, add zeera and rice and boil in this water, now cook the rice on high flame till water is reduced and rice will be done, keep aside.
- Heat oil and add brown onion and all the spices of gravy fry masala well and add kofta stir it lightly and cook it for 10 minutes.
- Now add the boiled rice, lastly spingle with yellow colour, milk and lemon ๐ juice and cover it fir 10 minutes for dam with the lid on low flame.
- After 10 minutes moti polao is ready to serve with mint chutney, enjoy it.
