- Mix some more of the suya spice and oil and rub on the roasted beef with a brush and serve. Garnish with onions, tomatoes, lemon and some more of the suya spice.

This is another street food, which you can find cooking over an open fire in the marketplace, or sold from a roadside stand. Suya or tsire is a west African kebab known as chichinga in Ghana, this is a very popular barbeque street food in many west African.
