  9. bake in 400°F oven anout 15 minutes until cheese melts

Sooooo I guess these can be done ahead of time which makes them even better!! Certainly not a low-fat recipe - especially after I added the cream cheese, but wonderful.. Even the pickiest of eaters loved these twice baked. When cool enough to handle, cut a thin slice off the top of each potato and discard. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
