- Once cooked sprinkle cheese on top. I used mozzarella and cheddar.
- Fry your hash browns in olive oil. And place on top of egg mixture.
- Bake at 400 till warm all the way thru. Add additional cheese on top if you wish.
Stir in potatoes and cheddar cheese. Hashbrown Casserole is easy, cheesy and totally delicious! This simple casserole is made easy with frozen hashbrowns! I love Cracker Barrel but the truth is… HASHBROWN CASSEROLE. This dish was one of my favorites during childhood.
