  9. Add the cottage cheese mixture to the top of pasta mixture.
  10. Add all the meatballs and sauce.
  11. Add mozzarella and provolone cheeses
  12. Add the rest of the pasta and sauce.
  13. Add Swiss cheese to top
  14. Sprinkle the parsley flakes
  15. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
