Instructions to make Crispy Baked Cod:
  1. Heat oven to 425. Grease baking dish. Recipe called to foil baking dish, just make sure the bottom is greased.
  2. Mix the panko, salt, pepper, and dill in one bowl. Mix eggs and mustartd in a second bowl. Flour in a third bowl.

Combine bread crumbs, cornmeal, salt, and cayenne in a large sealable plastic bag and shake to mix. Dredge the cod in the bread crumb mixture. Use flour in addition to the beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
