- when rice is done drain it good and (in the same pot) mix in some garlic powder, dill weed, brockley, salt and pepper
- then get a deep oven pan and coat the bottom with a little cream of chicken and an inch of rice, then put you chicken breasts spread out nicely in the pan on top of that
- add the swiss cheese on top of each piece of chicken then the rest of the rice on top.
- douse it with the rest of the cream of chicken so its creamy
- then bake it up until chicken is not pink anymore. if needed just add water to keep its all creamy
- i usually check a piece of the chicken after 20 min since the rice helps it cook faster
- serve and enjoy! everyone at my house asks me to make this. fills you up!!
