  1. Preheat oven to indicated time recommended according to the pie crust you're using.
  2. Place Apple filling into desired pie shell of your choice. Drizzle desired amount of Carmel. Bake pie without cream cheese mixture
  3. Mix well, cream cheese, butter& sour cream, and sift in powdered sugar until well blended. Set aside until pie is cooked.
  4. When pie has cooled, but is still a bit warm spoon mixture over Apple filling, gently spreading with a spatula until entire pie is covered.
  5. Lightly sprinkle with coconut sugar or brown sugar. Chill for one hour for easier serving.

Add softened cream cheese into the bowl of your stand mixer and beat at medium speed until smooth. Add sour cream and mix until combined. Add egg and vanilla and mix just until combined and smooth. Fold in apple and toffee bits. In a large bowl, beat eggs.
