- Crack the egg and mix untill it's absorbed.then add water a little at a time over the pastry untill the dough comes together,becomes soft.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/8inch thick,then cut into small rectangles.
- Take each of the cut of dough.spoon about 1 to 11/2 tablespoon of the mashed fish inside the pastry.then roll the dough as you would roll up a mat and secure the tips a little bit to prevent the fish from spilling into the oil.
- Place the fish roll on a tray untill reasy to fry.repeat with the remaining dough and fillings.
- Preheat some vegetable oil in a deep pan.fry a couple of fish roll at a time.onces it changes colour to deep brown is fone.
- Select out and place in a sieve to drain the oil.
