Heat a frying pan with some oil, then pour in the egg mixture to make.
Steps to make Fish Roll:
- For the fill… Season fish and cook mackerel fish till soft and tender. Allow to cool. Debone the fish…add 1/2 tablespoon of flour mix in water in a sauce pan, add onions, red pepper thinly sliced, season cube, and the mashed fish… The flour will make the fish filingl not dry out while fish roll is baking. Remove from fire and allow the filling to cook down completely. This dough recipe actually works well even even if you decide to deep fry your fish roll.
- Dust a table with flour, roll out dough real thin, fill with thevfush filling and roll back and seal with water. Cut then into the desired Length and place on a baking tray. Use the beaten egg to coat over the top. Next bake in an oven with moderate heat for 25-30mins. The fish roll will be soft and crusty. 😇😀🙂
