- Then your butter and mix till crumbly then add in your egg
- Mix well,till when you squeezed it in your hands it holds together,then gradually add cold water to form a soft dough.allow it to rest for 5mins
- Now your dough and fill in is ready,divide dough into 4,take 1 and roll it out flat,divide the flattened dough into 2 and add in your fish filling like shown
- Fold like this,and brush the edges with water or egg,and continue folding,till well folded like this
- Cut edges,and cut each rolled dough into you prepared pieces,greased pan with baking spray or butter
- Arrange them and use a fork to make hole,brush with egg and bake at 200F pre-heated oven for 15-20mins u can use sesame seeds and black seeds to make it more attractive
