- Add the maziwa mala and start kneading
- Knead until the mixture is soft…and cover with a wet cloth for atleast 30 mins..
- Roll out the dough,and cut into desired shape and sizes
- Bring the oil to appropriate temperature,and add the cut out dough..Cook until golden brown..
- Set aside the mandazis for them to cool,and serve 😋
